Reminding patients of Pension Credits

Thousands of London’s pensioners on low incomes may not be receiving Pension Credits they are entitled to, GP practices can help by displaying reminder materials about who can claim.

On 19 October, Dr Elliott Singer, one of our Medical Directors, spoke to Pulse about an incident of staff abuse in North East London. On 15 October the BMA used one of our case studies in an article on abuse of practice staff.
